Major General (Retired) David S. Baldwin
Major General (Ret.) David S. Baldwin brings over 40 years of distinguished military and leadership experience to AMEG Enterprises’ Board of Advisors. As a strategic leader, organizational change expert, and seasoned defense consultant, he offers invaluable guidance in government relations, homeland security, disaster management, and cybersecurity.
During his tenure as The Adjutant General of California, he commanded nearly 30,000 Soldiers, Airmen, civilians, and cadets in the California National Guard, overseeing critical missions in domestic emergency response, defense support, and international partnerships. His leadership extended to California’s Statewide Homeland Security and Cybersecurity Committee, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening cybersecurity initiatives across government agencies.
A staunch advocate for international security and defense collaboration, Major General Baldwin co-chaired the Multi-National Joint Commission for Ukrainian Defense Sector Reform, significantly advancing the capabilities and interoperability of Ukraine’s Armed Forces and Security Services. His extensive experience in military operations, including two combat tours in Afghanistan, equips him with a deep understanding of crisis management, strategic planning, and defense modernization.
Beyond his military service, he continues to contribute to community development and education, serving as a board member for a charter school in the Oakland Unified School District and as a Senior Advisor to Ukraine American House, Sacramento.
As a member of AMEG’s Board of Advisors, Major General Baldwin’s expertise will help guide the company’s growth in defense consulting, disaster management, and government procurement. David Gonzales
David Gonzales is a seasoned construction management specialist and operations executive with extensive expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects, modular housing, and disaster response construction. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AMEG Enterprises, he oversees project development, construction management, quality control, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the successful execution of complex building initiatives.
With a career spanning general construction, modular home manufacturing, and emergency response infrastructure, David has been instrumental in scaling AMEG’s operations, including the company’s ability to deliver up to 300 tiny homes per month, with the potential to scale to 600 with government contracts. His leadership ensures efficient project execution, cost-effective solutions, and seamless coordination between contractors, designers, and government agencies.
As a Board Advisor for AMEG, David provides strategic oversight on construction innovation, emergency housing solutions, and infrastructure development for disaster response. His deep understanding of permitting, code compliance, and large-scale project management strengthens AMEG’s ability to rapidly deploy shelter solutions, modular homes, and critical infrastructure in both domestic and international markets.

Bo Sepehr
Bo Sepehr is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, and digital strategist with a proven track record of innovation and business transformation. As Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) of AMEG Enterprises, he leads the company’s technology initiatives, focusing on software development, cybersecurity, AI-driven solutions, and digital infrastructure.
With over a decade of experience in cutting-edge technology, Bo founded Uniwebb Software in 2012, a firm specializing in AI, enterprise software, and digital modernization. His expertise in software architecture, cybersecurity, and digital transformation has positioned him as a leader in bridging technology with real-world applications across various industries.
As a Board Advisor for AMEG, Bo provides strategic guidance on technology-driven solutions, government contracting, defense technology, and digital security. Chief Information Security Officer
Keith Trersh
Keith Tresh is a cybersecurity and information technology expert with extensive experience in government IT operations, network security, and cyber defense strategy. As a member of AMEG Enterprises' Board of Advisors, he provides strategic guidance on cybersecurity solutions, risk management, and secure digital infrastructure for government and private sector projects.
A retired U.S. Army Colonel, Keith has held key leadership positions, including serving as California’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Director of the California Department of Technology’s Office of Information Security. In these roles, he was responsible for statewide cybersecurity policies, risk assessments, and incident response strategies to protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data.
Keith also led cybersecurity initiatives for the California National Guard and served as CIO for the Orange County Sheriff's Department, overseeing IT modernization and cyber resilience efforts. His expertise spans network security, cyber risk mitigation, and digital transformation, making him a crucial asset in AMEG’s efforts to enhance cybersecurity solutions, disaster management technologies, and defense consulting services.
